Commercial Bidding Cover Sheet

Made in the Shade owners often bid on commercial work through a general contractor or builder. It's a nice touch to add a cover sheet that includes information about who we are and has a few visuals of projects. 

It's very common practice to fill out a subcontractor agreement, so be prepared to have a Certificate of Insurance (COI) to include with your signed paperwork.

HERE is a PDF example of a full submittal, which includes the cover sheet, proposal, fabric swatches, data sheets, spec sheets, drawings, and installation guides. This is common practice when submitting a commercial bid.
