Website access in a franchise system is a privilege, not a right. Made in the Shade is proud to offer flexibility in making updates and changes to your website and marketing, but the guidelines and requirements must remain clear to franchisees and third-party vendors must be aware of our brand guidelines and policies.
To add a third-party vendor to your website, we require a 'Website and Marketing Access, Waiver, and Acknowledgment' release form to be signed (link below). We will be performing frequent refreshes to franchisee websites, so there is some risk that drifting too far from our website support would impair functionality and / or require extra costs to provide future updates and maintenance.
